Services

Mohan Bashyal provides website and web application design, development, setup, and maintenance services. Exact scope, timeline, and deliverables are agreed before or after the order request depending on the project.

Orders and Advance Payments

The order page creates an estimated total based on setup charge, monthly maintenance charge, and selected number of months. The advance payment is paid through Stripe and is used to reserve project time and begin planning or development.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate project details, content, images, account access, and feedback needed to complete the work. Delays in receiving these items may affect delivery time.

Pricing and Changes

Displayed pricing and calculated totals are estimates unless a final written quote or agreement is confirmed. Extra features, integrations, content changes, urgent work, or third-party costs may change the final price.

Third-Party Services

Projects may use services such as hosting providers, domains, Stripe, email tools, analytics, or APIs. These third-party services have their own terms, pricing, availability, and policies.

Ownership

After agreed payment is completed, project files and custom work produced for you can be handed over as agreed. Pre-existing tools, reusable code, frameworks, libraries, and third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.
